Implemented and maintained customer delivery information via spread sheets, which was updated and communicated to customers on a weekly basis, thereby improving customer knowledge and satisfaction. Produced and distributed monthly reports, which conveyed pertinent inbound building information to various other departments within the organization. Generated customer acknowledgement letters and deposit invoices for all subcontractor orders, which successfully assisted the Accounting department in increasing their collection efforts. Accurately coordinate travel arrangements; and distribute corporate travel schedules for meetings. Generate and follow up on budget reports to ensure timely payment to subcontractors and staff members.
