Daily Duties at Evans Solutions:
Special Assistant to H.R. Director (2006–Present) Partner with senior management and compensation teams to evaluate and continuously develop talent. Assist career planning and skills building efforts, support mentoring programs, streamline new employee orientation practices, and coordinate numerous HR functions. Work directly with Learning & Development to develop value-added training, development, and retention programs. Educate management on compensation practices including salary and stock ranges, performance review processes, performance rating process, and promotions. Helped improve access to key employee data by restructuring payroll methods.
