Daily Duties at Key Bank National Association:
Team Lead for a staff of nine Deal Administrators who provide administrative and operational support for a large, mix of complex commercial loans. Servicing functions include closing, funding, accurate fee treatment and daily ongoing servicing functions (advances, paydowns and LIBOR rollovers) *Billing functions include setting up billing schedules, generating invoices, checking accruals and answering customer inquiries relative to invoices. Customers were billed on a quarterly or monthly basis. *Budget responsibility to help control expenses within KNB Services Department which has an annual budget of $150K
