Daily Duties at Personally Yours Staffing:

Provide support services to the Executive Recruiters on a daily basis, using discretionary judgment in handling confidential information, which duties include: Answer, screen and distribute incoming calls on a multi-line phone system. Greet and assist applicants with the testing and application process. Data Entry of all applicant information and testing results. Create and distribute mass email to all active candidates on a weekly basis. Create and modify company contracts and agreements using Microsoft word. General office duties include: assisting with payroll, ordering supplies, filing, faxing, photocopying, mailing, and signing for and distributing UPS/FedEx/Airborne packages. Maintain, organize and properly equip office so that it may run efficiently. Conduct background checks and verifies I-9 status on all applicants. Assist with recruitment by locating potential candidates for employments in all departments; conducting prescreen interviews prior to scheduling appointments.
