Responsible for contacting and facilitating new account acquisitions, building relationships with clients by providing a superior level of customer service and increasing customer retention. Duties involve executing calling campaigns to acquire new accounts, generating revenue growth, increasing financial statements received, providing assistance with product information and selection, conducting sales, maintaining detailed reports and activity logs concerning orders and accounts, maintaining confidentiality of client and company records.
