Daily Duties at Harry & David:

I took incoming calls from customers who were not satisfied with their products or they had a product damaged in transit. I refunded their monies, exchanged items, or replaced their item. I looked up all the customer's information on a data base system, as well as entered all the changes in there as well; such as billing, address, phone numbers etc. I did anything in my power to make the customer satisfied, so the company would have repeat customers. Order Entry/Sales - I assisted customers over the phone taking orders for seasonal items. Each call was an opportunity to further the company's relationship with that person, so that they would achieve repeat customers. I also offered the customer up-sales, and cross-sales, which gave the customer a discount, and boosted up sales for company.
