Daily Duties at Levitz Furniture :
Sales Support It was my responsibility to assist customers with delivery issues,such as a late delivery, or the delivery of the wrong merchandise. It was also my duty to enter all of our customers information into our data base, such as name, address, phone number, and merchandise purchased. At times I would have to order furniture from our California location, and confirm customers addresses for upcoming deliveries.
