Daily Duties at The Grant People, Inc. :

Administrative Assistant It was my responsibility to write business contracts, using Excel for our sales representatives to present to their clients. It was also my duty to send e-mails to our clients, such as contracts, business license, Chamber of Commerce, and all of our representatives contact information. At times I would answer phone calls, save information using PDF form, filing, setting up Fed-Ex pick-ups, and keeping record of checks sent in by new clients.
