Daily Duties at Sears Holdings:
District Human Resources for 7 Sears units. Involved in payroll with Kronos and Time Keeping Central (TKC). Recruited using HRIS system (PeopleSoft, BrassRing and Oracle). Processed new hire paperwork and conducted new hire orientation. Followed through with managers on disciplinary actions and terminations. Trained managers in Sears Policies and Procedures along with State and Federal Laws.
