Daily Duties at Florida State University:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware/software for email and productivity to over 200 end users: Windows 9x, 2000, XP, Office Suite 2000, Word Perfect 10, Eudora 6.0 Set up computer labs: computer installs, CAT5 cable layout, proper IP assignment to each PC Create and update images in Norton Ghost and PowerQuest Drive Image
