Daily Duties at Florida State University:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware/software: Microsoft Outlook XP and 2003 Troubleshoot Wireless Connectivity issues with laptops for end users Deploy new software/upgrades for Windows 98, 2000, and XP Create and update images in Ghost Enterprise Server v. 7.5 Set up printing services; resolve user issues; provide preventative/update services for end users in Active Directory
