To make Team Progress Report after analyzing the project priorities and team availability Project and Individual team meetings on every Monday, to understand - Project development - Time required - Problem solving - Idea sharing Decide and develop teams for new projects on the bases of kind of job, projects in hand, team timelines. To brief the team on new projects and attend brain storming sessions To understand and de-code the client brief and suggest communication plans Attend regular client meeting, to keep the regular and on going projects under control. To collect all the contents and information needed from the client to develop the project To develop and handle timelines for the project To keep the client upgraded on the progress of the project and requirements Make Project Presentations.
