? Payroll bimonthly for sixty employees: construct timesheets, maintain notes concerning employee hours/extra jobs, enter data into Paychex, assembled and organized paychecks for delivery. Responsible for paper products, chemicals and janitorial equipment for the fifty buildings White Oak cleaned, as well as office supplies. Assisted in billing: compile and prepare supply invoices, cost spreadsheets, maintain details on supply usage and average. Scheduled the company runner, answered phones, took messages, provided customer service to callers, researched problems and answers
