Collected on delinquent accounts. Took 15-25payments per day by phone. Closed and opened accounts with managers’ approval. Learned and followed the FDCPA laws for 3rd party collections. Collected at least 70% of my goal in 6 month intervals. Used the Dialer and skip tracing systems
