Daily Duties at Aventis Pasteur:

• Provided administrative support to 66 Biological Product Specialists, 7 Division Managers and 1 Regional Sales Director. • Assisted all DM’s and BPS’s with support and training in Excel and PowerPoint. • Interviewing, hiring, training and supervising part time assistant for our office. • Setting up travel arrangements, processing checks, setting up all conference calls, travel arrangements, processing and distribution of all office mail, Kinko’s card, recognition awards. • Scheduling interview flights and hotel stay, sending out new hire welcome letter and other supplies, sending reimbursement checks for interviewing candidates, updating personal information once candidate is hired, sending out rejection letters, • Ran monthly office reports for department • Updating all training material, incentive calculation for BPS’s, names, addresses and phone numbers for internal roster (80+ people). • Coordination of the move to our new office in Newtown, PA. (Resigned due to relocation - Office moved from Haddonfield, NJ to Newtown, PA)
