Daily Duties at Jp Mortgage, A Chase Home Finance Affiliate:
• Worked in a 1 person office as the loan officers work out of Real Estate offices. I assisted 5 loan officers. • Maintained application log/assign loan numbers. • Processing loan files - Order Escrow, Title and Appraisals, etc. • Assisted loan officers in obtaining additional information needed from borrowers. Follow up with borrowers on behalf of the loan officer for documentation needed. • Reviewed loan files for completeness prior to submitting for processing. • Assisted the Loan Officer in obtaining status reports from the lender. • Aiding the lender in obtaining the necessary closing documents (i.e. Order the final inspections interact with the homeowners insurance agent, etc.) • Prepared/maintained Pipeline/Closed Loan Reports. • Receiving, collecting and formatting daily rate sheets from lenders info daily pricing sheets for loan officers. • Assembling Loan Application Packages to be sent to Lender.
