Provided personnel support to Squadron personnel and administrative support to the Squadron Commander and First Sergeant. Provided, filed and maintained over 300 military personnel records; completed 300 Personal Information File reviews that led to a 40% improvement to the Performance Feedback level. Enthusiastic team member who backfilled group and wing level offices during low manning periods; tracked Temporary Duty reports on individual personnel for over 70 members, preventing loss of valued training slots. Maintained a complex performance evaluation tracking system; problems quickly identified and resolved.
