Tracked multiple aircrew, aircraft, and test parameters: flight operations schedule, pilot flying hours, flight operation records, crewmember qualifications and currencies, training folders, flight clearances, off station sortie coordination, Flight Crew Information File, and program procedures; resolved real time discrepancies that occurred during test flights; audited cost of aircraft expendables, projected flight hours, mission reports, and flight authorizations for aircrew members. Cultivated positive working relationships with subordinates, supervisors, leadership, and outside contractors to ensure team concepts, on-time project completion, and overall operational efficiency
