Daily Duties at Beverly's Restaurant :

I began at Beverly’s as a hostess and assistant server. Duties Included: Answering multi-line phones, booking reservations, preparing signature tasting menus for large parties, seating and entertaining guests, setting and clearing tables in accordance to fine dining standards. I was later promoted to Daytime Supervisor and began to cocktail serve as well. With this title, I was able to take on greater responsibilities such as: working one on one with businesses and guests to plan large event details, assisting the General Manager, making sure employees arrived on time, assigning server sections and preparing a daily layout sheet, running the restaurant floor during daytime hours, preparing for VIP guests and assisting guests with any possible needs or complaints.
