Daily Duties at Choice Point Inc:

Represent corporate Information Technology to business units, communicating and training on system architecture standards, shared services, performance and benchmark testing, hard- and software acquisition, installation and management. Also assure business is aware of and prepared for corporate directed infrastructure changes, policy requirements, technology and security standards. Represent business units to corporate IT, communicating anticipated business technology and infrastructure growth requirements, adoption of new technology, and maintaining on-going dialog/relationship with key business stakeholders on both sides. Represent project activities competing for scarce resources, negotiating with all stakeholders to complete projects on time. Communicate project status to stakeholders, manage issue follow-up and insure quality implementations. Assure that project activities comply with company policies, customer obligations, software licensing, and information security regulations. Lead projects through complex business and regulatory requirements while maintaining technological and informational integrity. Apply Project Management Institute principles and best practices to projects.
