Daily Duties at Sears Credit:

Managed the daily operations of outbound collections call center by monitoring the performance of collections and workforce representatives that collect debts for Sears, Regional Credit Card Center, that are 0-180 days past due. i handled customer scalations and executive complaints to ensure that customer service had not been compromised; yet still collecting on delinquent accounts. I monitored call volume to ensure proper accessibility service levels and schedule adherence. I developed and recommended methods to increase efficiency of skip- tracing and collections by 10% each month. I actively monitored skip-tracing and collection activities to ensure good customer locates and continued collections. I maintained a team C collection of $3M monthly from good locates and existing collection strategy. I managed collection department workforce associates (using IEX) to ensure accurate workload forecasting. I ensured that all associates adhere to FDCPA as mandated by federal law.
