Daily Duties at Cingular Wireless:
I handled the daily intake of incoming calls from internal and external customers in the National Activation Center. I was the first point of contact with new and existing customers to ensure that customers concerns were handled accurately and efficiently. I provided technical support, billing support, and product knowledge to ensure quality customer satisfaction. I assisted my team manager with additional hands-on training of new hires once out of “coaching”. I managed daily, weekly, and monthly schedules using IEX in addition to the kronos system. I provide excellent customer service.
