File employee information when needed, enter data from physical records into web based data system, call customers to confirm sales on a recorded line, took all inbound customer service related telephone calls, instructed potential hires on job and gave tentative interviews to inform hiring manager of met qualifications etc, mailed contracts to 1099 employees, wrote/edited contracts/company information to be sent
