Daily Duties at Software Spectrum :
•Responsible for sales and support of software applications to major corporations, major educational institutions and government and military facilities including Windows, Norton, Symantec, Red Hat Linux and others. Had to meet sales quotas, generate day, week and month end reports. Attended ongoing training on customer account management and software product updates. Attended regular sales meetings to develop team plans for increasing sales as well dealing with difficult customers. • I was account manager for the states of Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia as well as Department of Defense, Department of Transportation, Cornell University, University of Texas, Oregon State University and others.
