Daily Duties at Eschelon Telecom:
•Responsible for reviewing sales representatives client packets to make sure that they were complete, assisted new and existing customers with their phone, DSL, T1, or T3 orders. Completed sales representatives commission reports. Entered all new and existing customer data into databases. Attended sales and sales assistant meetings for quality assurance and new information updates. Created lists for potential clients to inquire about their services and lists for existing clients for sales representatives to contact for possible upgrades to their services. Assisted account managers with client orders and escalated customers.
