Daily Duties at Native Village Of Tyonek:
Confidentiality, Filing, Faxing, Coping, Collating, Data Entry, and Research. I worked directly with various companies to obtain information needed to assist my clientele. I answered phones and took messages for my supervisor when she was not there. When the front office personnel was not in, I would go up front and answer the multi-line phones and route calls to the proper departments of take messages if the person was not available.
