Daily Duties at Navy Federal Credit Union:

Answer calls and greet members visiting Mortgage Department. Use MCLS to provide information to members regarding loan programs, interest rates, and mortgage payments. Conduct quality control review of loans that were closed by processors. Close first mortgage and refinances. Called title companies and appraisers to follow up on information not received. Assist with daily operations of section including but not limited to filing, faxing, receiving faxes and distributing them, Fed-Ex, review invoices and submit for payment, prepare section statistics report for management. Perform other duties as assigned.
