*Install, configure & manage a total of (4) Cisco 6509 and (15) Cisco 3550 Catalyst Switches. *Implement network design that supports ten VLANs to improve network security and performance. *Install and upgrade Cisco IOS and configurations on Cisco 6500 & 3500 series Switches and 2500 series Routers. *Create and manage 200+ user accounts on 4 Cisco Access Point for wireless LAN access. *Manage IP address provisioning for L.I.C. & NYC Campuses. *Employ Network General Sniffer to capture and analyze packets on Local Area Network. *Manage application filtering on LAN & WAN using Packeteer Packet Shaper. *Use Solarwinds to identify bottlenecks and develop network baseline to optimize bandwidth. *Troubleshot and resolved network connectivity issues caused by physical and logical (DNS, DHCP, VLAN) configuration issues between workstation and Network Router. *Administer McAfee ePolicy Orchestra Server to manage antivirus application. *Install and configure Dell Power Vault TL2000 for data backup and disaster recovery. *Configure and manage 30+ HP4000 series network printers using Webjetadmin. *Establish and maintain network documentation using Microsoft Visio. Provide administration support for 1200+ users on Active Directory, Exchange, Novell & I-Mail network environment using Adminpak & NWAdmin.
