Daily Duties at Career Blazers:
Answering the telephones, taking messages for property management, faxing, photocopying, spreadsheet design, inventory recording. Typing email correspondences, note taking, web research, sorting mail and distributing newspapers to the tenants. Concierge Duties: Greet tenants as they enter the buildings, retrieve clothes for dry cleaning and having it delivered in a timely manner. Have food delivered to the tenants, and make reservations at desired restaurants.
