Daily Duties at Stewart Title:
Input data from legal documents (Warranty Deed, Deeds of Trusts, Restrictions and Assignments) regarding client’s mortgage information into the AIM system to create policies. Trained on TRC when needing to make copies of these documents, National Tax and Texas Tax databases are used when property tax copies are required. Also customer service requests thru email and phone. Very detailed work.
