Daily Duties at Kent Security Services, Inc:

Oversee all departments of operations, Including the Class D Security License School, assuring compliance to company procedure and state and government laws. Overseeing class schedules, curriculum, as well as payments. Constantly strive to enhance the quality of employee benefits and implement changes that will increase productivity. Handle all workmen’s compensation, EEOC, and unemployment issues. Verify all accounts payable and authorize for payment. Keep all licensing accurate and current. Supervise all human resource issues from the corporate level as well as new hire and termination procedures. Monitor employee enrollment, cancelation, and withdrawal of the health, dental, life insurance, and 401k plans. Act as main point of contact for employee administrative issues and problems. Compose, and/or generate routine correspondence, letters, memoranda, forms, reports and other documents.
