Daily Duties at The Quality Group:
Answer multi-line phones. Oversee two (3) person office. Greet and direct clients to the appropriate personnel. Maintain and update database on a regular basis. Daily and weekly system back-up. Assist Sales and Purchasing department with reports and updating client information. Month-end processing and reports. Maintain inventory at several off-site locations. Maintain filing system. Problem solving with inventory, accounts receivable/payable, shipping and receiving. Order-entry, invoicing, receiving, shipping, correspondence. Assist with special projects.
