Daily Duties at Manpower Professional:

Prepared hard copy resumes to be scanned into the database, reformatted where applicable. Prepared soft copy resumes for importing into specialized database. Defined and submitted plans to merge documentation for both staffing and professional to create a uniform system. Revised the process and rewrote the manual for resumes to facilitate handling of thousands of resumes in a timely and economical manner. Introduced the idea of “interactive” forms for candidates and promoted the idea of a paperless office. Responsible for three phone lines to answer employees and candidates questions.
