Performed set-up/installation and configuration of new computers. Conducted effective software/hardware maintenance covering hard drives, sound cards, expansion slots, CD Rom drives, and peripherals. Key player in aiding users with troubleshooting desktop and information system applications. Trained employees in computer maintenance and critical Windows updates. Orchestrated database to administer in-house mailing lists for bulk mailings, marketing purposes and to CASS-certify mailings for bulk discounts. Formulated advisement for Director and Assistant Director enabling division to fully utilize new technology. Delivered training/maintenance of Compaq's IPAC (Pocket PC) to departmental staff. Oversaw usage of audiovisual equipment including LCD projectors, Audience Response System, laptops and peripherals used in training and development.
