Learning Strategist Responsible for designing and implementing custom training solutions for client accounts, including application and game simulations, e-learning applications and instructor-led training. Clients include: USPS, Microsoft, Saks Incorporated, Cisco Systems, Mercer Inc., Colgate-Palmolive, and Xerox. • Lead teams • Conduct high-level analysis • Define project scope • Facilitate design sessions with clients • Author course content • Coordinate all instructional design
