Daily Duties at Petsmart:
Performed specific grooming and hair cutting/shaving on all breeds of dogs using specific patterns in a full service salon. Multi-tasking; while in the process of grooming I answered incoming calls and scheduled appointments, entered data in the computer system, greeted clients and answered all their questions while making them feel comfortable and enthusiastic about the well being of their pet. I answered questions in a professional manner and listened carefully about how the client wanted their pet to look andd feel. Trained new employees. Kept office records. Had the ability to make people feel like they were getting the best quality of service. Made sure the entire salon was clean and sanitized at the end of the day. Sold various types of "extras" and "add-ons." Confirmed future appointments. Made sure that client was 100% satisfied and always scheduled a follow up appointment.
