- Awarded the WIT Award(Whatever It Takes) for exceptional teamwork skills and customer service - Reviews the submitted Title Commitment, Leases, Purchase Agreements, and Appraisals - Manages the loans submitted by my assigned Account Executives/Sales Representatives - Achieves ninety-seven percent closed and funded loans from my assigned loans with minimal errors - Utilizes Flash Quote in order to price loans according to the customers request - Communicates with my assigned Account Executives/Sales Representatives and Customers on a daily basis - Instructs the customers on Long Beach Mortgage’s process and guidelines - Auditing Customer files for Employment and Title audits, pulling the Flood Certificate and the Appraisal value in order to help close loans in a time efficient manner - Changing the status of the files that have been specified by the SLCs or the Underwriters in order to update the specified region’s pipeline - Delivering Daily Management Summary reports, Pipeline reports, and Loans Greater Than Sixty Days report on a daily basis for the entire team - Faxing Approvals to the Brokers and the Account Executives September 2003 - promoted on April 2004 to Senior Loan Coordinator
