Daily Duties at Xpert Universe:

• Member of the management team responsible for the development of the technology roadmap and product strategy to drive the business objectives within established plan and budget. • Member of the management team responsible for establishing and managing strategic alliances that can provide the broadest market leverage to drive growth and revenue generation. • Responsible for the ongoing integration/interoperability activities with alliance partners. • Manage all aspects of product delivery, including engineering management, implementation of development methodologies and project management solutions, and the automation of all product build and QA processes. • Created and manage a high performance technology team made up of architects, project managers, developers, producers, designers, usability experts, build and web masters and Q/A testers. • Manage the architecture of the solution infrastructure including critical features such as scalability, reliability and security. • Provide global and long range view of technology in support of R&D activities. • Manage the design of the IT infrastructure to support the business including Email, voice (hosted VOIP), data, Internet and Intranets and local area networks. • Direct the selection and management of all technical relationships with world class vendors such as: IBM Global Services (consulting), GPE Learning (Learning Content Management System solutions), Genesys Labs and Cisco (call center solutions), Kana (CRM solutions), IBM Lotus Development and Cisco (Unified Collaboration solutions), IBM (Portal and Hosting solutions) and Cognos (Business Intelligence solutions.) • Manage the development of a powerful extension of the human expert management platform, which supports distribution of live expertise, to aggregate and mine high impact interactions turning tacit knowledge into reusable corporate assets
