* Directed delivery of $2 million product line providing clear vision of market expectations ensuring product strategies met market demands. * Managed daily engineering activities ensuring product plans were on target for scheduled deliverables. * Met with customers to capture requirements and promote sales of product. * Managed quality assurance process prioritizing work on software problem reports. * Directed company participation in targeted state deregulation activities ensuring company interests were represented in utility restructuring with state utility commissions. * Product Planner / Sr. Information Systems Analyst (ABB cont.) * Developed over 200 use cases (Rational products – UML) to capture product requirements for AMR Server. * Researched and evaluated competitive products and feed into product plans. * Managed 3rd party vendor relationships / serve as liaison for third party implementation of data transformation and data warehousing strategies. * Attended all trade show promoting company products and evangelizing for potential customers.    Technical Analyst / WebMaster (ABB cont.) * Performed business analysis leading to design of object-oriented system. * Designed, developed, and managed company intranet using various Web-based tools. * Managed Web team to ensure company website deliverables reflect products and services. * Served as Quality Assurance Lead for software development process. * Assisted developers with interface design of distributed application matching interface requirements with understanding of user tasks. * Wrote use cases and designed domain object models capturing proposed functionality of emerging applications.
