Daily Duties at Sirva Mortgage, Inc.:
· Audit closed loan packages in preparation to deliver to investors via electronic delivery and the internet · Collect outstanding documents from various departments to complete the loan packages · Assemble loan documents and transmittals for final delivery to loan investors · Follow up with investors to cure any missing documentation suspense items and receive final approval for loan purchases · Prepare original collateral packages to deliver to warehouse bank to secure the collateral · Maintain a pipeline of 105 shipped loans monthly · Make outgoing calls to third parties in order to collect and receive final documents per investors
