Daily Duties at Independent Consultant:
Provided project direction and oversight for multiple major bank conversion / merger projects. Included in this was the full responsibility for product mapping, field-to-field data mapping, data analysis, conversion analysis, conversion balancing and post conversion support. Oversaw a distributed project (multiple different geographical locations) with a matrixed team (of data analyst, developers and tester) for the conversions.
