Daily Duties at Baltimore City Dept. Soc. Serv.:

Customer Service /Office Service Clerk 2000 to 2003 As Office Service Clerk, handled computer repair work orders from all BCDSS locations as well as assist in maintaining the inventory of computer equipment and peripheral. When executing work assignments that were deemed high priority, urgent, or dire need, took care to exercise resourcefulness, and sound judgment; • Played key role in enhancing user performance through daily follow up of computer issues. • Received outstanding positive comments from users as well as exceptional feedback from senior management. • Attended daily briefings/technician meetings to provide input and stay informed. • Timely posting of daily attendance submitted bi-weekly to payroll division. • Prepared accurate weekly and monthly reports.
