Lending Specialist (April, 1996 – December, 1999) Promoted sales and service for a leading provider of insurance, financial and related technology services to credit unions worldwide. Collaborated with the Chief Executive Officer of 25 client credit unions to develop marketing programs to boost member participation in consumer and mortgage lending, as well as credit life, and disability insurance programs. Provided product training to credit union staff. Field Automation Consultant (January, 1989 – April, 1996) Performed installation and training of customized software systems that included application processing, loan processing, electronic communication, mortgage origination and credit bureau access through computers and Novell networks. Provide technical support in sales presentations, installations and training. Service Specialist (June, 1984 – January, 1989) Performed external collateral insurance audits. Hired, trained and supervised temporary employees for collateral insurance audits. Installation and training of Collateral Protection Insurance programs.
