Daily Duties at Vistana Inc. Hampton Vacation Resort:
Infrastructure assessments - extensive analysis for construction & architectural costs. Budgets Revenue reconciliation completed daily. Budget analysis and financial spreadsheets with report balancing. Cash receipt verification from all departments compiled into revenue report. Bank Deposits completed daily as well as Brinks cash delivery once a week. AP/AR, Invoicing, collections billing and correspondence. ADP – Weekly Payroll processing with 350 in staff. Various Human Resources functions in relation to employee benefits, insurance claims, garnishments, disability, compensation and performance reviews. Developed staff hiring, intake and management relations. Facilitating resort operational supplies and office supplies. maintained Company Officer’s travel itinerary and schedule. Assisted Director, General Manager and Sales Manager. Function as liaison between management, non-exempt, sales associates and hourly employees. Forecast analysis for prospective revenue generated through business ventures. Employee supervision with 25-30 direct administrative reports. File management, Phones, Fax, Internet research, client and customer relations involved.
