Daily Duties at Prc:
TEAM MANAGER—VERIZON WIRELESS NORTHEAST DATA TECHNICAL SUPPORT. ? Team Manager responsible for the day to day operation of an outsourced inbound customer call center for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Verizon Wireless Data products. ? Work with various departments both internal to PRC and Verizon Wireless to ensure training, quality and service level expectations are met on a daily basis. ? Manage, Coach and Develop inbound data technical service representatives to meet the center expectation in call handling and schedule adherence. ? Implement all PRC’s corporate HR policies procedures and guidelines.
