Daily Duties at Usa Discounters:

• Responsible for preparing and maintaining payroll data for store staff. • Responsible for monthly accounting update for accounts receivable/ payables for 1 out of 7 stores. • Schedule monthly working schedules for 6 employees. • Update and print out daily sales reports. • Receive money for payments due from customers. • Initiate and validate information for new contracts from new customers. • Run credit checks on potential and current customers. • Second contact for opening and closing the store. • Filled in for absent personnel in all phases of operating the store.
