• Responsible for reselling the benefits of Nextel products and services using strong verbal communication skills, building rapport, probing, listening, and offering the correct solutions to customers requesting to cancel their wireless service. • Provide customers effective ways to manage their accounts • Review bills and price plans to make the customer aware of their best options. • Inform customers of the features and benefits of Nextel Service in order to retain customers. • Take ownership of all customer issues and follow up on all open issues. • Complete orders for equipment when requested by customer. • Provide extensive customer care and quality service for all calls taken.
