Daily Duties at C Tec Corporation:

C-TEC Corporation was the parent corporation of Commonwealth Telephone Company, provided a wide range of telecommunications services from telephone and cable TV to cellular billing to communications consulting. As part of the small team that provided Public Relations to all affiliates and corporate, my responsibilities included: Developing new communications approaches to reach over 1,000 employees in different locales from Pennsylvania through Michigan. Developing and serving as the instructor for the employee “Presentation Skills” training course. Writing feature articles on company employees and securing placement in local media outlets. Writing and coordinating design of annual reports, quarterly shareholder reports, and shareholder news releases. Creating Communications efforts for the company’s United Way campaign.
