Daily Duties at Contract Positions:

• Accounts Payable manager at a software development facility • Administrative Support Assistant to Human Resources and Accounting departments of a food manufacturing company • Parts Forecast Analyst at John Deere serving customers with help in placing and tracking orders • Executive Assistant to the President and four department Vice Presidents at an oilfield operations company, processing expense reports, making travel and conference room arrangements. Worked with Human Resources Management education as Project Coordinator/Department Administrator setting up training classes and monitoring to make sure all ran on a timely basis. Maintained all training information of those attending. Also assisted logistics department with cleaning up files and preparing for storage • Set up and registration of attendees at Microsoft Excel training seminar • Receptionist at an attorney’s office, answered phones, logged abstracts • Administrative Assistant at a metal recycling facility. While at the Metal recycling facility, had the opportunity to learn about international shipments and the documentation involved
