Daily Duties at Zagros Inc:
Started as a working Foreman for Divisions 2-9, promoted to working engineer after second project to: Estimate for bidding, Hire and supervise crews in all phases of public works jobs through to completion. Operated, secured and maintained all rented and company owned equipment. Act as lead installer, mechanic, craftsman, framer, welder or heavy equipment operator. Delegated work to crews and subs to meet deadlines for several city and county owned projects simultaneously. Set up jobsites, purchased and delivered hand tools, heavy equipment, materials, traffic control and safety including on-site security. Coordinated subcontractor and supplier delivery times within the guidelines provided by the project manual’s, set up inspections as per prior written contracts to meet completion deadlines without penalty. Performed all work within the specs and codes as outlined by the city engineers and inspectors.
